A one-day workshop! SPACEWORK and MOVEMENT. –How to make “things” appear that aren’t really there! Every improv player needs to create “stage picture,” in order to create an environment that doesn’t really exist. Improv actors can make the audience believe they are dealing with objects in all scenes, but how? What is the theory? What are the techniques to making that happen? This one-day workshop focuses on SPACEWORK which sophisticates an improv player’s style and skill set. Lessons also include on-stage MOVEMENT–where to go and when–another aspect that helps to flesh out stage picture. Class size is limited to 6- 8 students.
