BEGINNER STANDUP
Thursdays 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. starting July 9 – August 13 (6 SESSIONS)
Whether you have a pet peeve or an absurd story to tell, the OC Crazies can help you fashion that information into a funny bit. The Crazies welcomes first-timers to its standup comedy classes–those who have always had a passion to try this comedic art form, but were too shy to try it. Class size is limited to 4 students.

TWEEN BOOTCAMP
Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. starting July 13 – July 17 (5 SESSIONS) 9 – 12 years old
Crazie Tweens! The OC Crazies will be offering a “Tween Bootcamp” starting Monday, July 13 – Friday, July 17 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the De Pietro Performance Center. Tweens will perform on the last day of class or the following weekend. Enrollment is limited. Class will run for 5 afternoons. Crazies encourage the crazy tweens to go crazy by exploring their creativity and imaginations. In this class, we encourage impulsivity as the tweens are urged to fly by the seat of their pants! Tuition $525.

IMPROV JAM
Wednesdays 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. starting August 19 – September 16 (6 SESSIONS)
If you’re itching to get on the boards at the OCCrazies stage, join us for a 6-session “Improv Jam!” If you’re a new student, Instructor Kerr will make it a priority to guide you through the fundamentals. If you’ve been around the improv block a time or two, Kerr will push you to your maximum potential. The class will help you learn or polish your fundamentals, introduce you to new improv pieces that challenge you and then, and then….some real surprises. 5 workshop sessions + 6th session is a showcase performance. Tuition: $475

INTERMEDIATE STANDUP
Mondays 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. starting July 20 – August 24 (6 SESSIONS)
Take your standup routine to the next level with this Crazie class! Learn to punch up your set–both content and delivery, though emphasis is in pushing your brand and unique style and making sure every line you deliver packs a punch!! This Crazies course will challenge your creativity, generating new ideas to smooth out what you’ve already written or help you “stretch” and expand on what you already have. The class will also put heavy emphasis on your delivery, giving you techniques for a more sophisticated and hard-hitting delivery style. Lots of fun in this class while we also study the work of well-known comics.

The Orange County Crazies offers classes in Improv, Stand-up, Sketch Comedy, and Workshops on how to develop Original Characters as well as workshop on filmmaking. The Orange County Crazies also offer Tween and Teen classes, as well as comedy writing classes. Courses range from weekly sessions to one-day weekend classes, and one-week classes. Graduation performances follow each class series. The OC Crazies conduct all classes and shows on-site at The De Pietro Performance Center in Santa Ana in its 78-seat, black-box theater.
Over the past 34 years, the Orange County Crazies has become an enviable institution as it remains the longest-running and most prominent organization of its kind in the County of Orange. Based in Santa Ana, California, the O.C. Crazies school and the quality of its classes are unmatched, and the student performances are crowd-pleasing. The organization was founded by Cherie Kerr, a founding member of the famed L.A. Groundlings, who has served as the organization’s Artistic Director since the non-profit comedy organization’s inception.
