HOW TO PREPARE AND PITCH YOURSELF TO SEEK TALENT AGENCY REPRESENTATION

The Orange County Crazies is often asked by its students what to do to get themselves out into the comedy world to get gigs and move their comedy career and pursuits forward. Especially those who have studied and honed their skills at the Crazies and who feel they are ready to venture out.

SO…we have just the class for you!!

On Saturday morning, July 12, 2025 from 9 a.m. to noon, Artistic Director, Cherie Kerr, will lay out the steps (and items needed) to help you reach out to seek representation. Class will be held at the De Pietro Performance Center inside the main theater space. We are opening enrollment this week. Please plan to bring a device or notepad with which to take notes (there will be no handouts!). You may also bring any current materials you have in the works for pitching purposes as we plan to have a short segment during the workshop to evaluate and critique some of them and offer suggestions. We also plan to have a talent manager with us via Zoom during a segment that morning who will field some of your questions.
